I am Gabriela and I integrate faith, psychology and nutritional mindset in my practice. I offer counselling, coaching and wellness support from a Catholic perspective. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I believe we are called to abundance and to maximize our potential, yet so many of us live underneath the surface. My approach is grounded in a deep belief that God made us as a whole person and that our emotions and our spirit are inseparably connected with our physical. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Implementing hypnosis, mindfulness exercises and natural remedies are very useful techniques in my holistic approach to a person. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Applying it all together, with counselling that brings the gift of healing, with coaching that helps you to move towards and achieve your goals, and with the great wisdom revealed through the Scriptures, the whole person is addressed and the true and lasting healing emerges. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Don’t just settle for mediocrity- be serious about living your best life that God has created and planned for you. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
