Peace…

What is peace to you?
How do you create peace around you and within you?
In this crazy world we live now, it becomes very noisy and gets more and more challenging to find some peace within ourselves and around us. We are constantly bombarded with so much information and such overwhelming theories that make us lost, uncertain and very confused.
How to find peace in all of that?
I strongly believe that deep in our hearts, what we truly are longing for is to hear and believe in these comforting words on fire: ” Do not let your heart be troubled” and “Do not let your heart be afraid”.
Simple. Yet, most of us pay not enough attention to it.
Can you remember when was the last time you truly felt peaceful within yourself?
You have such an ability to bring harmony, joy and happiness into your life. The potential we all have within ourselves (our brain, our mind, our guts and the heart) is pretty incredible and our capacity to access this amazing wisdom is our precious gift.
Instead of allowing the loads of poison and toxicity (both mental and physical) to take over and feed you with fear, start being more aware and mindful of your internal and external world.
Have you noticed how agitated, angry and sometimes even out of control (for some reason:)) you feel after certain types of food that you consume? It’s quite incredible how many messages our bodies send us, and the only thing we need to do is to pay attention and listen to it.
Would you like to feel more peaceful every day? Every single day.
You certainly can.
Take a moment to think what is it that is stopping you from being peaceful, joyful and more present in daily life. What burden may it be that you are obsessed about, angry about, can’t let go off or that tends to dominate your life?
Perhaps there is nothing overwhelming, but still you may discover that something little come up from time to time and is in the background.
We all struggle with our load in our lives, and we tend to carry that for too long, not paying any attention to find the real root causes.
These burdens can be quite difficult when last for weeks, months, years…
And most of us want to be free.
And we can.
Your first step to freedom is to see the burden for what it is.
Once recognised, there comes the peace, joy and awareness…
