Did you know that when we suffer from a unhealthy/leaky/damaged guts, we experience the consequences of it in our brain? Here are just a few of them: anxiety, depression, PTSD, autism, Parkinson’s disease, Alzheimer’s disease, etc.
So it is time that we start looking at the person as a “whole”. The way we emotionally feel, the physical sensations we have and the thoughts we produce give us all the information
We only need to pay more attention to it and learn to tune in ourselves
We have such an incredible potential within to heal ourselves. We just need to connect the puzzles together![]()
