They all are connected 🙌 We can’t treat them separately any more!!! We need to look at them as INSEPARABLE in order to truly bring healing to ourselves❤️‍🩹

👉Did you know that when we suffer from a unhealthy/leaky/damaged guts, we experience the consequences of it in our brain? Here are just a few of them: anxiety, depression, PTSD, autism, Parkinson’s disease, Alzheimer’s disease, etc.

👉So it is time that we start looking at the person as a “whole”. The way we emotionally feel, the physical sensations we have and the thoughts we produce give us all the information❗️ We only need to pay more attention to it and learn to tune in ourselves
